特殊物品海關(guān)商品編號和檢驗檢疫名稱對應(yīng)表

為筑牢口岸檢疫防線，保障我國生物安全，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國國境衛(wèi)生檢疫法》及其實施細則規(guī)定和《中華人民共和國進出口稅則（2020）》，海關(guān)總署制定了《特殊物品海關(guān)商品編號和檢驗檢疫名稱對應(yīng)表》（見附件），現(xiàn)予以公布。
未列入對應(yīng)表的出入境特殊物品根據(jù)歸類相關(guān)原則進行歸類申報。
本公告自2020年4月1日起實施。

Announcement No.46 of the General Administration of Customs in 2020
In order to strengthen the frontier quarantine defense line at ports and ensure China's biosafety, in accordance with the frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the P.R China and its implementation rules and the import and export tariff of the P.R China (2020), the General Administration of Customs has formulated the corresponding table of customs commodity numbers and inspection & quarantine names of special goods(see the annex), which is hereby promulgated.
The entry-exit special goods not listed in the corresponding table shall be classified and declared according to the relevant principles of classification.
This announcement will come into effect on April 1, 2020.
