根據(jù)我國相關法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關總署和厄瓜多爾共和國生產(chǎn)、外貿(mào)、投資和漁業(yè)部關于厄瓜多爾輸華冷凍南美白蝦檢驗檢疫和獸醫(yī)衛(wèi)生要求議定書》，現(xiàn)將進口厄瓜多爾冷凍南美白蝦檢驗檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。
本公告自發(fā)布之日起施行。
特此公告。
附件： 進口厄瓜多爾冷凍南美白蝦檢驗檢疫要求

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol of the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of production, foreign trade, investment and Fisheries of Ecuador on the inspection and quarantine and veterinary health requirements of frozen South American white shrimp imported from Ecuador to China, the inspection and quarantine requirements of frozen South American white shrimp imported from Ecuador are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
This announcement shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
