根據(jù)我國相關法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關總署與老撾人民民主共和國農林部關于老撾新鮮豆類輸華檢驗檢疫要求議定書》規(guī)定，允許自本公告發(fā)布之日起生產的、符合檢驗檢疫要求的老撾新鮮毛豆、菜豆和豇豆等新鮮豆類進口?，F(xiàn)將進口老撾新鮮豆類檢驗檢疫要求予以公布（詳見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the people's Republic of China and the Ministry of agriculture and forestry of the Lao People's Democratic Republic on the inspection and quarantine requirements for the export of Lao fresh beans to China, it is allowed to import Lao fresh soybeans, kidney beans and cowpeas produced from the date of this announcement and meeting the inspection and quarantine requirements. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported fresh beans from Laos are hereby promulgated.
