為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化口岸營(yíng)商環(huán)境，促進(jìn)跨境貿(mào)易便利化，海關(guān)總署決定自2021年7月1日起，增加輸泰國(guó)的《中華人民共和國(guó)與東南亞國(guó)家聯(lián)盟全面經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架協(xié)議》項(xiàng)下原產(chǎn)地證書(shū)以及《中華人民共和國(guó)政府和毛里求斯共和國(guó)政府自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定》項(xiàng)下原產(chǎn)地證書(shū)為可自助打印證書(shū)。其他事項(xiàng)按海關(guān)總署2019年第77號(hào)公告執(zhí)行。

In order to further optimize the business environment at ports and promote cross-border trade facilitation, the General Administration of Customs has decided to start from July 1, 2021, The certificate of origin under the "framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation between the people's Republic of China and the association of Southeast Asian Nations" and the certificate of origin under the "free trade agreement between the government of the people's Republic of China and the government of the Republic of Mauritius" exported to Thailand will be added as self printable certificates. Other matters shall be implemented in accordance with Announcement No. 77 of the General Administration of Customs in 2019.
