馬來西亞皇家海關署（Royal Malaysian Customs，簡稱KDRM）是負責實施國家間接稅政策的政府機構。KDRM實施七部主要法律和39部輔助法律。此外，KDRM還為其他政府部門代為實施8項法律。
一、主要職責
- 征稅；
- 為合法貿易提供便利；
- 促進貿易和產業(yè)發(fā)展；
- 維護國家經濟、社會和安全利益。

The Royal Malaysian customs (kdrm) is a government agency responsible for implementing the national indirect tax policy. Kdrm implements seven major laws and 39 subsidiary laws. In addition, kdrm implements eight laws for other government departments.

-Promote the development of trade and industry;
-Safeguard national economic, social and security interests.
