根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署與墨西哥合眾國農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村發(fā)展部關(guān)于墨西哥高粱輸華植物檢疫要求議定書》規(guī)定，允許自本公告發(fā)布之日起生產(chǎn)的、符合檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求的墨西哥高粱進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將進(jìn)口墨西哥高粱檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of agriculture and rural development of the United States of Mexico on the phytosanitary requirements of Mexican sorghum exported to China, Mexican sorghum produced from the date of this announcement and meeting the inspection and quarantine requirements is allowed to be imported. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Mexican sorghum are hereby promulgated (see Annex).

墨西哥輸華高粱不得帶有下列檢疫性有害生物：
高粱霜霉病菌Peronosclerospora sorghi、
玉米褪綠斑駁病毒Maize chlorotic mottle virus、
玉米矮花葉病毒Maize dwarf mosaic virus、
小麥線條花葉病毒Wheat streak mosaic virus、
高粱癭蚊Contarinia sorghicola、
帶斑黃瓜葉甲Diabrotica balteata、
小蔗螟Diatraea saccharalis、
谷實(shí)夜蛾Helicoverpa zea、
墨西哥擬叩甲Pharaxonotha kirschi、
大谷蠹Prostephanus truncates、
谷象Sitophilus granarius、
墨西哥斑皮蠹Trogoderma anthrenoides、
豚草Ambrosia artemisiifolia、
刺蒺藜草Cenchrus echinatus、
飛機(jī)草Chromolaena odorata、
銀毛龍葵Solanum elaeagnifolium、
假高粱Sorghum halepense、
有距單花葵Anoda cristata。
