根據(jù)我國(guó)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國(guó)海關(guān)總署與蒙古國(guó)國(guó)家技術(shù)監(jiān)督總局關(guān)于蒙古國(guó)面粉輸華檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求議定書》規(guī)定，允許自本公告發(fā)布之日起生產(chǎn)的、符合檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求的蒙古面粉進(jìn)口。現(xiàn)將進(jìn)口蒙古面粉檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求予以公布（見(jiàn)附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the General Administration of technical supervision of Mongolia on the inspection and quarantine requirements of Mongolian flour exported to China, Mongolian flour produced from the date of this announcement and meeting the inspection and quarantine requirements is allowed to be imported. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Mongolian flour are hereby promulgated (see Annex).

蒙古輸華面粉不得帶有下列檢疫性有害生物：
斑皮蠹屬（非中國(guó)種）Trogoderma spp. (Non-Chinese species）
小麥矮腥黑穗病菌Tilletia controversa Kühn
小麥印度腥黑穗病菌Tilletia indica Mitra。
