根據(jù)《進口舊機電產(chǎn)品檢驗監(jiān)督管理辦法》，海關(guān)總署制定了《進口舊機電產(chǎn)品裝運前檢驗監(jiān)督管理實施細則》，自2021年1月1日起施行。

According to the measures for the inspection, supervision and administration of imported used mechanical and electrical products, the General Administration of Customs has formulated the detailed rules for the implementation of the inspection, supervision and administration of imported used mechanical and electrical products before shipment, which will come into force on January 1, 2021.
